Each Anonymousplugs piece is handmade, quality-checked and carefully prepared for shipment. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be made and processed.Processing time does not include weekends, holidays or shipping time. Custom designs and special art pieces may require additional processing time.

Shipping

Estimated delivery times after your order has been processed are:

Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–5 business days

Express U.S. Shipping: 1–3 business days

International Shipping: Approximately 1–3 weeks, depending on the destination Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal-carrier delays. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes or duties required by their country. These charges are not included in the order or shipping total.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our pieces are handmade or made to order—and durags are personal headwear—all purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review the product description, color, material and design details carefully before completing your purchase.
