TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of anonymousplugs.com and your purchases and interactions with Anonymousplugs, operated by Khalida Ali (“Anonymousplugs,” “we,” “us” or “our”).

By accessing the website, placing an order, creating an account, submitting content or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

  1. ABOUT ANONYMOUSPLUGS

Anonymousplugs is a durag-centered art and design studio offering handmade wearable durags, custom designs, limited editions, art pieces, digital content, cultural storytelling and related creative services.

  1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live to make a purchase or enter a binding agreement.

A minor may use the website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

  1. PRODUCTS AND HANDMADE VARIATIONS

Anonymousplugs products are handmade and are not mass-produced. Slight variations in fabric placement, stitching, color, texture, finish, dimensions and other handmade details may occur. These natural variations are not necessarily defects.

Colors may appear differently depending on your screen, lighting and device settings.

Please review the complete product description, materials, measurements, care instructions, processing time and photographs before ordering.

  1. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND PRICING

Products, editions and materials may be limited and can become unavailable without notice.

We may correct typographical mistakes, inaccurate descriptions, pricing errors or availability errors. If an error affects an order you placed, we will contact you and may give you the option to confirm the corrected order or receive a refund.

Taxes and shipping charges are displayed when applicable during checkout.

  1. ORDERS

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order because of:

• Product or material unavailability
• Pricing or listing errors
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
• An incomplete or undeliverable address
• A request that we cannot safely or lawfully fulfill
• Conduct that violates these Terms

If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the affected amount through the original payment method.

Because production may begin shortly after an order is placed, cancellation requests are not guaranteed once materials have been purchased, cut, customized or assembled.

  1. PAYMENTS

Payments are currently processed through PayPal. Customers may use an eligible PayPal account or the guest payment options made available by PayPal.

Your use of PayPal is also governed by PayPal’s terms and policies. Anonymousplugs does not directly store your complete payment-card number.

  1. PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

Most Anonymousplugs durags are made upon order. Processing ordinarily takes approximately 3–5 business days unless a product page, custom agreement or order notice states otherwise.

Shipping time begins after processing:

• Standard United States shipping: approximately 3–5 business days
• Express United States shipping: approximately 1–3 business days
• International shipping: approximately 1–3 weeks, depending on the destination

Shipping dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier delays, customs inspections, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses and events outside our control may affect delivery.

If a significant production or shipping delay occurs, we will provide any notice or options required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete or refused address.

International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges and other destination-country fees unless otherwise stated during checkout.

  1. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND ORDER PROBLEMS

Anonymousplugs does not ordinarily accept returns or exchanges because products are made upon order and are personal headwear that cannot be safely resold after use.

All custom products, made-to-order products, limited art editions, sale merchandise and digital downloads are final sale unless applicable law requires otherwise.

This policy does not eliminate any rights you may have concerning an item that arrives damaged, defective, materially different from its description or different from what you ordered.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact anonymousplugsbusiness@gmail.com within seven calendar days of delivery. Include:

• Your name
• Order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Do not wear, wash, alter or discard the product while your claim is being reviewed.

Depending on the circumstances, Anonymousplugs may offer a repair, replacement, store credit or refund. Normal handmade variations, monitor color differences and damage caused by improper use or care are not manufacturing defects.

  1. LOST, DELAYED OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a shipment is in the carrier’s possession, carrier delays may be outside our direct control. Contact us if tracking shows an unusual delay so we can help review the shipment.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, check the delivery area, household members, neighbors and the carrier. Anonymousplugs is not automatically responsible for theft after confirmed delivery, but we will provide reasonable assistance with a carrier claim when available.

  1. PRODUCT CARE

Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided on the product page, packaging or Durag Care & Maintenance page.

Damage caused by machine washing, machine drying, bleach, harsh chemicals, excessive heat, direct ironing over a print, improper storage or failure to follow care instructions is not considered a manufacturing defect.

  1. CUSTOM ORDERS, COMMISSIONS AND CREATIVE SERVICES

Custom durags, art pieces, styling, design work, photography, licensing and creative commissions may require separate written terms, invoices, proposals, deposits or approval stages.

Once custom work or material purchasing begins, deposits and payments may become nonrefundable as described in the applicable invoice or agreement.

If separate written terms conflict with these general Terms, the more specific written agreement controls for that project.

  1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital books, downloads, films, photographs and other digital products are licensed for the purchaser’s personal, noncommercial use unless a separate license expressly states otherwise.

Digital products may not be copied, resold, redistributed, uploaded, publicly displayed or used to create another commercial product without written permission.

Because digital products cannot be physically returned, digital sales are final after access or delivery except where required by law or where the incorrect file was provided.

  1. COMMUNITY SUBMISSIONS

Anonymousplugs may invite visitors to submit words, stories, photographs, captions, comments or other content.

You retain ownership of your original submission.

If you affirmatively give Anonymousplugs permission to share it, you grant Anonymousplugs a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, crop, resize, format, display, publish and repost the submission for Anonymousplugs’ website, Feed, newsletters, social-media pages and brand promotion.

This permission does not allow Anonymousplugs to sell or license your submission to an unrelated third party as a standalone product without additional permission.

If you request anonymous credit, we will make reasonable efforts to omit your name and social-media handle. A recognizable photograph may still reveal your identity.

If you select private sharing, Anonymousplugs will not intentionally publish the submission unless legally required or necessary to investigate misuse or protect the website.

A submission does not guarantee publication, payment, a product, collaboration or response.

  1. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR SUBMITTED CONTENT

By submitting content, you confirm that:

• You created it or have the necessary permission to submit it
• You have permission from identifiable people shown in the content
• It does not infringe another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights
• It is not fraudulent, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene or unlawful
• It does not contain malware, spam or harmful code

Do not submit someone else’s photograph, writing, music, artwork or personal information without permission.

We may reject, remove or stop displaying content that violates these Terms or is unsuitable for the Anonymousplugs community.

  1. ACCOUNTS, COMMENTS AND THE FEED

If member accounts, comments or community features are available, you are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your login credentials secure.

Community participation must remain respectful. You may not:

• Harass, threaten or impersonate another person
• Post hateful, discriminatory or sexually exploitative material
• Publish another person’s private information
• Infringe intellectual-property rights
• Post spam, scams, deceptive links or unauthorized advertising
• Attempt to damage, scrape, overload or bypass the website’s security

We may moderate or remove content and restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee that every user submission or comment will be reviewed before appearing.

  1. ANONYMOUSPLUGS INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise credited, the website and its photographs, films, writing, graphics, logos, campaigns, product imagery, artwork and original creative presentation belong to Anonymousplugs, Khalida Ali or their licensors and are protected to the extent allowed by intellectual-property laws.

You may view and share links to publicly available pages for personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not reproduce, sell, modify, scrape, train an artificial-intelligence system on, publish or commercially exploit our protected content without written permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying design, photography, artwork, trademark or other intellectual property.

  1. THIRD-PARTY NAMES AND REFERENCES

The website may discuss or document artists, public figures, performances, publications, artworks and brands for editorial, historical, descriptive or artistic purposes.

Third-party names, images and trademarks belong to their respective owners. A reference or documented product appearance does not necessarily mean that the person, publication or brand sponsors, endorses or is formally affiliated with Anonymousplugs.

  1. COPYRIGHT CONCERNS

If you believe material on the website infringes your copyright, email anonymousplugsbusiness@gmail.com with:

• Your name and contact information
• Identification of the protected work
• The exact URL or description of the material at issue
• A statement explaining why you believe the use is unauthorized
• A good-faith statement that your notice is accurate
• Your physical or electronic signature

We may remove or restrict disputed material while reviewing a sufficiently detailed notice.

  1. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use the website:

• For unlawful, fraudulent or harmful activity
• To interfere with website security or operation

• To place fraudulent orders or initiate abusive payment disputes
• To copy or commercially exploit protected Anonymousplugs content

The website may contain links, embeds and services operated by third parties, including Squarespace, PayPal and social-media platforms.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, policies, availability or content. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.

  1. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and its general informational content are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free or free from harmful components. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anonymousplugs and Khalida Ali will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the website, inability to use the website or misuse of a product.

For a claim directly relating to a purchase, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law does not permit that limitation.

  1. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, damages or expenses resulting from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms or infringement of another person’s rights through content you submit.

  1. TERMINATION

We may restrict or terminate access to accounts, comments, submissions or website features when a person violates these Terms, threatens website security or engages in unlawful or abusive conduct.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the consumer-protection laws of your location must apply.

  1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms when our services, policies or legal obligations change. The revised Terms will be posted with a new “Last updated” date.

Continued use of the website after an update means that the revised Terms apply to future use and transactions to the extent permitted by law.
